11175 EAM "For Fatfish"

At 19:46z, 11175u (and the other usual freqs) 6 character EAM   "2PJ2NJ for Fatfish."
Not an ID I've heard before (though if I were fatfish I might be putting in for a cooler handle.  I mean really, who wants to be "Fatfish?")
