I think parts of this are from MTV's first spring break show? Julie and Billy knew each other from their U.K. days. MTV cut to commercials of what they usually advertised, junk and crap. When they came back from one commercial, Billy had her pinned on the couch with his tongue down her throat and his hands sliding up her body under her top.

Joe Carrasco opened that weekend show. He was a guy who liked to show off what he had in his shorts to screw with the acts following him. Sting protested, he must have had bad case of shrinkage? The Go-Go's were next up,they had toured with Carrasco a year before They knew how to handle King Joe, put him in the line up, sometimes on rhythm guitar, and as a full time lunatic wearing nothing but a cape and crown, swinging from the light scaffolding. King Joe was so big in South Texas then, there would have been a riot if they tried to remove him and the Corona's for Fancy Boy Sting and the Police.
