26.110 MHz coming in very strong mid afternoon (US Eastern Time) 1350 local time / 1850 UTC. 

The usual unmodulated FM carrier on 25950 kHz FM 25.950 MHz FM is coming in very strong, almost full quieting.

26.110 MHz FM / 26110 kHz FM 26.11 MHz FM (with 218.1 Hz tone being decoded, unsure if that's a false decode) coming in like a local.  Lots of taxi cabs and freebanders all over the place, including a taxi cab radio dispatcher on 26.105 MHz AM, another one on 25.945 MHz AM, Spanish speaking YL taxi dispatcher on 25.955 MHz, among many many others. 
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
