2116 UTC Hearing Morse code here ( I'm CW challenged  :( ) Strong signal here with S7 peaks.
2128 UTC Still going strong! Noticed that the speed stays the same, but slightly different audio frequency
(I will attempt to decode later using my Audacity recording, as the dits and dahs can be discerned if you zoom in on the waveform!)
2136 UTC Pause, then back again(faster this time)
2148 UTC OFF
Here's a link to my recording:

2142  fldigi is all I've got and its not great with CW.  Pretty choppy text.  If one didn't know what happened, I don't thing you could figure it out from what is being decoded.

If I know code, I believe that the quality of the signal is such that it would be easily decoded.

My misspent youth catches up with me again!

Some of the original Morse version of this is over 100 years old, part of newspaper hoax that went on for decades, on the date it went down. I can't tell which parts are which, my CW is tortoise slow.

My hearing hasn't been worth a sack of beans for over forty years, Josh. An old Remington 12 gauge and a buck and ball reload  on a power transformer took care of that. That's why I don't listen to SSB and act like I'm deaf as rock in  my right ear. Who knew an old transformer and a homemade reload would react that way?
