0044 UTC: "This is WDOG," OM says, adding that it's "Ladies Night." Followed by "Baby, Oh No" by Bow Wow Wow. Listening via NA5B in D.C.
0046 UTC: Barking dog sounds, then "Like the Weather" by 10,000 Maniacs.
0048 UTC: I can hear weak traces of the 10,000 Maniacs song via the K9VD SDR, which is just a few miles east of me in a quieter rural valley. Nothing yet directly on my radio.
0050 UTC: OM announcer with greetings, right into "Maybe Angels" by Sheryl Crow.
* * *
0013 UTC: I can hear the B-52s "Roam" via my local SDR out here. The signal's right at the readable threshold now. BallSmacker's wide signal on 6960 kHz has wiped out listening via NA5B.
0014 UTC: ID into "Dreaming" by Blondie.
* * *
0148 UTC: Music's now just barely audible directly on my radio here.
