Weak but copyable, QRM from CODAR and a very strong OTHR (presumed), however still my best copy of this numbers station at my home QTH is a very long time.

0320 edit: copyable but quite weaker on 11518 USB.

Interesting, the signal was fair but not particularly strong here.  So on the weak side for me, but better than average for you, the hop must have been taking it over my head a bit.
