« on: March 27, 2012, 0252 UTC »
I thought this was still Bust A Nut radio but it's on USB. Playing music. Lots of static, difficult to make out. Signal 24232.

0253 There was an ID in there but I couldn't make it out.
0302 Male voice, can't make out what he's saying.
0310 Static is overpowering. Think it's still in there but can't tell.
0315 Signal came up a bit, could hear voices, but couldn't tell what they were saying.

Unid, 3-27-12, *0246-0310, 6.940.05U, got it here way down in the static, hearing a girl saying "Oh Charlie, Oh Charlie" at 0254, then back into music.  Hearing the "Charlie, Charlie" again at 0258 and then more music.  Still in there at 0310, but only barely.  Please ID & qsl.  thanks.
