Strong signal, SINPO=44343 (agreed 6860 is clearer and strong for me too).

006- Repeating low pitched tones.
007- High pitched, harmonic tones. Sort of like ambient noise/music.
008- Stops and then resumes, repeats.
008- Electronic, tinny sounds repeating.
009- Stops, then SSTV.
011- Second SSTV.
013- Off then musical tones repeating, changing to repeating bubbling type effect.
014- Different deep pitched tone rising and falling, etc etc....
019- SSTV.
021- Music, live recording. OM says anyone who has a birthday in the audience, happy birthday to you! Tune starts and then ends 022.
022- Cheers of crowd from live recording, then prior tune continues. Fast song with piano. Refrain might include "party party?"
023- Ends, then silence.
029- Strong carrier comes back, but off again after a few brief seconds.

Tuned in via Burke, Virginia's N4TVC SDR just in time to hear SSTV transmissions at 0011 UTC. Signal's OK but noisy.

0013 UTC: Repetitive tone pattern playing.
0015 UTC: Sounds like fax or teletype via shortwave sounds.
0019 UTC: SSTV transmission; still too noisy to decode anything clearly.
0022 UTC: Distorted song that starts with singer yelling: "Is there anybody in the audience that has a birthday today? Happy birthday to you." The start of that was repeated a couple times, then cut off.
0025 UTC: Off?

Two SSTV images of a man pointing with no words.  Many odd noises since (0016).  Noisy and a little fading.  Image was affected by the noise.
