S7 with numbers using Brother Stair's voice... also "can you hear me?" Faded out with dits on frequency for a minute or so.

Endless string of numbers by a male. Signal was S7 with noise. No idea who it is or if it's Bro Stair. Sometimes it seemed to be more feminine than male.
