Magic Shortwave Radio 6935 kHz USB 0230Z
« on: April 02, 2012, 0233 UTC »
0230 Don't think it's Renegade Radio as signal has completely different audio quality and not as strong. 44434. Came up with song I don't recognize, no ID at start.
0234 Talk about wasn't planning a transmission until now but no ID. I think this is the station that called Renegade Radio after its transmission.
0235 Another song I don't know
0240 More talk, doesn't feel the magic tonight, ID Magic Shortwave Radio. Signal is quite good and copyable here and I'm sure that was given as an ID.
0246 Wrap-up and off.

Thanks Magic Shortwave Radio! I hope you're feeling more of the magic next time.

0231Z 25221 S5 Music. Above the noise level, but not by much.
0242Z 25221 S5 ID(?) "Magic Shortwave Radio" (I think it was an ID, but missed the first part of the sentence. This part sounded like an ID. But it may not be the ID).
0243Z 25221 S5 More music
0247Z 15221 S5 Op talking, but now barely above the noise. Hard to make out much.
0248Z Off air

No ID heard so far (0242z).  Op said on his first ann that he did not have a show ready, was jsut going to throw some tunes out.

At 0242z Op may have hinted an ID of Magic SHortwave Radio, but it was not a full up ID, so not sure if he was just saying he was here by the magic of shortwave radio or if he meant that as the ID.  Signal is strong here, a tad over S9, but the wording was odd for it to be an ID.

T!

(edit) off at 0248z, no ID, just a Good Night.
