2304 Barely hearing a signal with music and talk, came up about 2320 with an ID sequence, what sounded like a parody song (not clear) ... I was out of the room ... back about 2325 talk about riots, ID sequence, song "burn down," ID into sign off talk at 2330.

S3 - 4.  Mostly poor with short periods of fair.
