I've heard a few ops using Cool Edit get their bit rates mixed up just before signing on. The shows generally came off sounding like Alvin and The Chipmunks going through a woodchipper.

That might not make for the best audio, but sure would make a great video!!! ;D

That would be interesting playing that back at slow speed so you hear it @ right way.... Interesting indeed!!
