Sounds like some kind of emergency broadcast system warning at 00:05 UTC? S7 signal with lots of noise.

SINPO=22111, noisy also with CW QRM.

033- "L'urlo Della Strega" by Tangerine Stoned, suddenly emerges from the QRN.
035- Recorded clips. OMs and YLs saying "Hello" in various languages? Bonjour, Shalom, etc, over music.
036- Recorded clips of OMs and YLs in foreign languages. French and Spanish heard.
