.....to Middle East in Arabic on 9800 KHZ @ 20:26 UTC.   Very excitable YM announcer with droning monologue with numerous references to "Sharia" (Law, i presume).

I'm assuming that this was a World's Last Chance broadcast, as they are known to employ european relays. WBCQ does not do any relays on other stations. Did the program use the WBCQ ID?

I didn't monitor thru TOH for the ID but cross-referenced 4 SWL schedule sources for confirmation
