LBC 13559.93 KHz 03AUG2020

While examining an ever present signal I have been monitoring on the Airspy HF+ SDR (some sort of local device I imagine) in the 22 meter ISM band "LBC" faded up quite strong on 13559.93 KHz. Some amount of fading but very strong on the uptake.  Checking the lists here and other sites and not able to find it. I may well be missing it somewhere.

Hi DYGradio,

I can confirm LBC, which popped up just before Mid-Day on 19th July, strongly audible here in California amongst the usual ~13560 kHz signals. It has also been reported by other listeners over at the LCWA site. Its origin is a mystery so far.
