YHWH on strange frequency
« on: August 11, 2020, 1717 UTC »
I did not log this but saw a log on an email group that someone caught YHWH this past Saturday (8/8) on 11735khz and that he was only audible after Zanzibar BC signed off around 1845z.
I have heard him on 12000khz this summer during (local) days but I have never seen him logged on this frequency.

I haven't copied Zanzibar since the spring of 2018, and wonder who is able to do so. I wish I could get them again. Are you getting them?

I've seen reports of YHWH on 25m but haven't stumbled across him on that band for myself.

Hello - last I tried and copied ZBC was 12/26/17 on 11735khz about 2040z - I haven't tried lately but as fall approaches, I will certainly try and let you know.
I have copied YHWH this past season during local days on other than 12000khz but never on 11735khz and I can't imagine why he'd pick that frequency.
Oh well,

Ah, so ZBC has been a while for you too. I'd hate to think that I could have been listening all along. I thought they had transmitter trouble. Better do some research.

Who knows why YHWH does what he does at all? He'd reach a far larger audience if he just paid Allan Wiener $25 a week, and he'd fit in better with that gang as well.
