0113 UTC - Hearing CW signal of  "dit dah " , "dit dah" , "dit dah" transmitted repeatedly on 14296 kHz. Signal is S7 in WNY. Checked a few KWI SDR's and only picking the signal up on the east coast SDR's. I noticed it at 0030 UTC when I was checking 20 meters for activity.  No idea what it is.
