2220 Peaching in EE by male announcing an 800 number and address in CA. Signal improving the last couple of weeks. Audio took a dive around 2228 but heard OM anncr with close down info into Liberian national anthem 2230 till 2232 off. HCJB takes over the frequency after 2235!
