No IDs so far.
I suspect it's from my country, becuase I've heard one Polish song and signal is very strong, none on Twente SDR.
Possibly from the Warsaw area, perhaps I'm getting it via groundwave?

Actually it's Johnny Tobacco from The Netherlands, thanks to Ray for ID.

  Hi Wojtek - Sgnał JT in our zone is clearly stronger than other "free" stations.
It often has a modulation band of even 10kHz.
This is not a ground wave but a short first bounce.
Only Johnny plays Polish songs on HF and you will immediately recognize him after that.
 Of course, his voice and running the show are impossible to imitate.
