6507 - French - Maritime?

I don't speak French, so I'm curious about the station I'm hearing on 6507 (USB) in central New York State right now (2300) - I heard a reference to Canada, and I'm hearing some numbers repeated (although it's clearly not a numbers station). The cadence suggests maritime weather conditions being related - can anyone confirm? Thanks!

I don't think that VMC send WX in French as alleycat stated...

I have the Canadian Coast Guard in Iqaluit (VFF) listed for this frequency.
