WWV Wiped Out By Mystery Signal

Tonight at 00:00 UTC (8PM EDT) tuned into WWV on 5 MHz and they were completely wiped out by a very strong unknown signal ... transmitting some form of data. RX QTH - Florida.

Anyone ID this? Any ideas?
