04:18 UTC. In all the years of hearing this station, I've never heard it this strong. Almost 20+ at times, just booming in here north of Detroit

Probably still on their 100 watt STA. 
That "T" is supposed to stand for TEMPORARY.

Yes, they've effectively ruined 1710 for DXing. Anyone know when their STA is supposed to expire?
