2247 Not to sure about this but listed as SOH Xi Wang Zhi Sheng, Sound of Hope. 6900 kHz
        Great copy on grey line, non stop commentary by OM in Chinese.
        Faded out at 2300z.

Yes probably the Jammer - but I have heard the jamming stop for short periods to allow SOH to bleed thru here near Chicago.  Why they stop then restart I have no idea.

Sound of Hope has a US-based website with streaming. You may need to install a translating plug-in for your browser if you're not fluent in written Chinese, if you haven't already, in order to understand the site. But it's a good thing to reference if you're wondering "Is that SOH or is it CNR1." Although as Chris noted, it's almost always CNR1. China puts a LOT of effort and wattage into jamming SOH (among other targets).
