On the usual 15640 KHZ @ 14:01 UTC in Dari.   OM with narrative.  YM /YF with news feature introductions @ 14:07 UTC.  Mention of Taliban @14:09   Playback  of commentaries of what sounded like field correspondents @ 14:16.   Consistent QSB throughout.
