1500Z 35423 S8 Signal strength is a little weaker and more fluttery
1508Z 34423 S8 Signal about the same as 9435, some local QRM.
1524Z 34423 S8 Still a little weaker & more fluttery.
1550Z 14421 Can hear some audio, but mostly in the noise now.

11710 KHZ @ 14:35 UTC  with instrumental song with heavy brass.  YL with narrative in French  @ 14:35 then back to music with female choir vocals @ 14:49.

SINPO: 3-3-3-4-3 with minimal QRN throughout.
