New one for me, was testing some changes to Carrier Sleuth and I noticed another station faded in on top of WTTM from NJ, clear TOH ID.

They are on 1680.018 kHz, vs 1679.999 kHz for WTTM.

Surprised you heard them in MD.  They have a weak signal.  The ground conductivity in that part of our state is poor.
They sometimes cannot be heard at my QTH which is good since it has allowed me to log NJ, FL, LA on the same channel.

Strong signal this evening. Minimal QRN despite the storm front moving into Southern Wisconsin.
