I'm betting it's Texas Radio Shortwave relay.

Pse eQSL to texas1dxer@gmail.com.  Thank you!

Unless otherwise noted, the receiver is my KiwiSDR colocated with W3HFU, Westminster, MD, USA.

'Home" receiver for European low-power radio stations is the SDXF KiwiSDR at Skane, Sweden, unless otherwise noted.

Catching it via the NA5B with heavy guitar version of "Yellow Rose Of Texas" playing at 2237 and Texas Radio Shortwave ID at 2239. signal is a 5 over S9 and audio wide and excellent! "Don't Cancel Halloween" at 2242. Thanks for the show and Happy Halloween!

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com
