At 2311 signal only  fair at the moment; hampered by nosy background. 
Hope conditions  improve later in  the evening.

Signal weak but audible here in the eastern D.C. suburbs. Glad to have caught you! Heavy QRN conditions for me on 41 meters tonight. I am not hearing most stations being reported.

2326 I Get Overwhelmed by Dark Rooms
2330 D.O.A. by Bloodrock
2337 Station ID, mention of a QSL but too much noise to copy. Sound of a creaking door, then some jazzy sounding music until about 2340. Then some "Halloween horror" sound effects and off.
