Faint music. Sounds like a 40s or 50s crooner or big-band type. Frequent QRM from UTE.

0106 decent signal, quite likely this is Wolverine Radio. "I See a Million People" Peggy Lee
0109 Wolverine ID into "People Are Strange" The Doors
0111 "People Got to Be Free" The Rascals
0114 DDJ on the air, moving down to 4015. QRT on 6950.
0116 signal keyed up on 4015.
0116 Testing 1 2 3. Signal is really not much better here than it was on 6950, at my QTH anyway. Fair.
0117 Wolverine ID into "The Sleepy People" Fats Waller
0120 "I See a Million People" Peggy Lee
0123 Wolverine ID into "People Are Strange" The Doors
0125 "People Got to Be Free" The Rascals
0128 "Everyday People" Sly & the Family Stone
0131 Wolverine ID into "Wonderful World, Beautiful People" Jimmy Cliff
0133 "I've Seen All Good People/Your Move" Yes
0140 "People's Parties" Joni Mitchell
0142 Wolverine ID into "Games People Play" Spinners
0146 "Short People" Randy Newman
0149 "Tomorrow's People" Ziggy Marley & the Melody Makers
0152 Wolverine ID into "Shiny Happy People" REM
0156 "Every Kind of People" Joe Cocker
0200 Wolverine ID into "Good People" Jack Johnson
0204 "Shadow People" Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers
0210 echoey Wolverine ID into SSTV

Thanks for the show! Fair signal here

Wolverine Radio - 6950kHzUSB

Tuned in around 0115UTC & heard the distinctive station ID.  I went to help the Mrs. bring in the groceries a couple minutes later, but by the time I returned to the radio the signal was gone.

S6 here.  Somewhat noisy.

Was barely audible on 6950U earlier.

Wolverine thanks for changing the frequency, 6950 was unreadable here. 4015 was S9+ but now fighting some noise and down to S7.
