Radio Summer
« on: June 21, 2020, 0918 UTC »
Hello dear friends! this is Radio Summer.
We are operators  in Poland.

We plan to start broadcasting on short waves from a week. We all care about creating a good radio. So we have to check if we can financially manage this project. According to our calculations, we will need USD 8,500. If we can collect this amount, we will start our business.
What do we need resources for?
- For the purchase of professional equipment that will enable the implementation and broadcasting of broadcasts.
- for a radio permit because it is required with us
- renting a place where the whole team will work.
We offer: ambitious music, fascinating broadcast.
We are asking you for help and transferring funds to our PayPal account: radio_summer@summer.int.pl
We bow low and thank everyone in advance

Your project sounds interesting!  Do you have any idea yet what band(s) you would operate on, and what the transmitter power level would be?

Our plans are to broadcast on 49m and 31m band.  The transmitter power will probably be 250kW.  But to get started with this is not enough just a good plan you need money.

Is there a lot of new HF transmitter activity in Poland right now? There was just a post on here a couple days ago looking for over 10x the amount you are asking for but they must have deleted their post. Can you tell me about the shortwave resurgence going on there? It sounds so very interesting.

Hi in Poland, there are not many new HF transmitter activities. We would like to be the first to start the era of short wave rebirth in Poland. If we succeed, maybe others will also start.

Being from Poland, do you have a presence on   https://vk.com/    ?
I was asked, yet another weird question, of how I would like to be buried, when I finally bite the big one. The answer was actually pretty easy. Face-down, like a certain historical figure in the late 1980's, (I will not mention who, but some of you will get it, and that's enough.) Why??? It would be a burial that will satisfy everyone: (1) My enemies will say that it will show me where to go. (2) On the same point, I can have my enemies kiss my butt. (3) It will temporarily give someone a place to park a bicycle. See??? A WIN / WIN for everyone.
