Noticed that the 6970 AM relay of the WPTI FM North Carolina station was missing, and while tuning around I had a solid on and off carrier on 6770 AM at 2151 UTC. It disappeared and I found another on and off carrier on 6790 AM at 2157 UTC. I rechecked at 2336 UTC and am now hearing the same station (presumed) that was on 6970 AM the past couple months fading in and out of the noise.

Noticed it a few minutes ago when turning the VFO. Radio teleplay, audiobook, or similar into commercials at 0626z. SINPO 25322. Good modulation on peaks, but with considerable fades and occasional static crashing.
