After quite a long time, I found myself again operating in the Kaliningrad oblast.
This time they use some new modulation with a width of about 50kHz, because it does not look like a transmitter failure - screen here.
https://i.imgur.com/VOp3P1l.pngYou can't see it in the picture, but in the emission area on the 4830 there is a normally readable voice in USB modulation. The same message is readable around 13kHz lower.
For the first time I heard the pilot's answer (noise from the cockpit, different syntax of the message, words "pryiom pryiom"). It was on a USB 4421. Initially I thought this was a coordinated response to a command from control station 4830, but it was not - simultaneous transmission of both stations, there was no response from the command station. There are several military airfields in this circuit, but I haven't heard of them yet.
