UNID 6930 USB S1-S3 in NY

 SSTV
YL or OM talking but too weak to make out what she is saying
The Clash “Revolution Rock” (signal shot up to S3 long enough for me to shazam song)
Talking again, think a mention of HFUnderground.
Possible I.D. ? Thought I heard the Radio part of the I.D.
Back into the music, maybe a reggae or island type song ?
 Beeping then talking again

Just above the noise here @ 0407 with "Revolution Rock" by The Clash
- time pips, then OM with probable ID, but too weak to make it out.
