1931 And now it is fading out... with the Waterloo NY TIS fading in.

I am picking this up both locally and on the Uniontown PA KiwiSDR, so this is not my local low powered pirate.

i *think* this station was the carrier shown below with the red arrow, that drifted slightly lower in frequency from 1900 sign on, based on checking the exact carrier frequency as I listened to the recording in mySdrPlayback.
