I heard this mode on 3311 kHz USB, 01:40 UTC, Jan. 28 2021. My location is East Coast US. It seemed to use multiple different modes including MFSK, and it was heard several times during a net (primarily USB voice) whose callsigns sounded like Navy MARS. It sounded as if they were testing equipment, so could this mode be new?
