This does not sound Asian -- sounds Spanish -- constant
talk, some musical interludes.

UPDATE:  All India Radio interval signal later followed by SSTV
image noted by others.

Then off

Listening since 2115 UTC and it sounds like Hindi or possibly another subcontinental language?Hard to tell. At certain times, there is an OM in English followed by what might be a discussion in that other language, or possibly in a heavily accented English. Hmmm
2136 UTC Short musical ditty, followed by a familiar Interval Signal  :) All India Radio!
2141 UTC YL with recorded "...disconnected or no longer in service" phone message, followed by SSTV

Now that was different from the usual 43 meter band fare! Thanks for the SSTV QSL ε7!

Here's a link to my recording of the final 15 minutes:

I am curious as to the designation on the SSTV. It appears to represent the Greek lowercase letter "epsilon" followed by a "7", so "epsilon 7"? A google search turns up that this is the name of a Paraglider AND the name of a star cluster in Astronomy. Does anybody else have any interpretations of what this might be....other than pirate radio madness?  ;D ;D ;D

Enigma 7!  :)
