Hearing something on this frequency at 00:27UTC music tonight! In Western South Carolina signal is poor but it is there! Signal has picked up some or has improve in the past few minutes still in the mud somewhat! Signal has improve in the past 10 minutes!

I believe he said that he was testing his panama transmitter. Very good signal into northern Ohio.

Check that, I now believe it is a paddy transmitter.

0054    Discovered the station with a nice, clear S9 signal.  Heard two folksongs including "Down by the Dusty Trail".
0059    Announcer came on with short chat mentioning Maui and Calgary.
0101    Lost the announcer in mid sentence like his transmitter was shut off.
