This eQSL just arrived, with this note:

"The Beginning" has been  testing on shortwave, 6965/6950 kHz this winter and yours is the first report we have received.

We are also on the FM band, 88.5 mHz every weekend since 2017 and we operate from the outskirts of Providence RI.
