TP4C 4717 kHz

Several radio amateurs have reported hearing a station using the call TP4C on 4717 USB calling BSA5 at 0929Z. Any idea what this station is?

possibly an attempt at faking a callsign, lol. cant find any TP4C's :o

 A search of DX summit lists both callsign's reported by an Argentine amateur on Jan. 24, 2021 on 7045.1 kHz at 0827 and 0834 UTC...http://www.dxsummit.fi/#/?dx_calls=TP4C,BSA5
