2119 - signal improving, 544 (UTE QRM)

2126 went off air or there was a drop out.
2136 Interesting, dead air here, but I switched to N18PD SDR in Mass and it's S9.  "We'll Meet Again", OM talking about audio problems.

2126 UTC - Signal is S7 in WNY, audio sounds good, hearing classical music.
2129 UTC - Signal jumped to S9, announcer welcome to Foxy AM.  Having trouble with microphone in the studio, back to music with something different.
2139 UTC - Signal now S5-S7, audio just above the noise.
