Considering the signal's coverage in Western and central Europe on various online kiwiSDRs, and the current skip conditions at 6275 khz, it seems highly likely that this signal is from outside Europe... maybe Iran, at a guess.  It is definitely not from Western, central, southern or eastern Europe, that's seems almost 100% sure under current conditions.
