1735 kHz "DAI" or "EDAI" 1127 UTC 19 March 2021 (Driftnet?)

I'm not real sure on this one, but I guess it's a driftnet beacon?  Seems like an unusual ID as most appear to be alphanumeric.  Anyway this oddity surfaced for a just a minute or so yesterday morning on my West DKAZ loop that has a good reach to the west coast and beyond, so I can safely rule out the Atlantic ocean or points East of Michigan.  I'm real curious if anyone has heard this one before or would care to guess where it originated from.  I haven't heard a 1710-1800 kHz driftnet beacon in nearly a decade so this was an unusual surprise:

Strange, it sounds to be continuous, most DNB's have a three or four minute key off period, unless activated for continuous transmit so the mother ship can DF the beacon.

Sounds to me as "DAI" but clearly has a commencing "E" like sound, maybe "EDAI"  Most likely a DNB, I hear them quite often in this region (Asia/Pacific) between 1700KHz through to 2800KHz.

Call signs vary too, nice catch, post again if you hear it.

The herring season is apparently open bigtime for the Japanese. Been seeing a LOT of in/outband USB Japanese fisherman comms all night (more than in 30 years or so). Perhaps they're the ones using those?
