Not sure what this is. I did a search for it but couldn't find any time signals on this frequency. Any ideas?

6780 kHz (6765-6795 kHz actually) is an ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) band. I am 99% sure this "time station" that gets reported now and then is nothing more than accidental RFI.  If you check out 13560 kHz (another such band) you will hear similar signals.
