2212 Synth? SS YL - Esta Es That Voz De Norte America? Repeated many times, Into longer SS talk, then same ID by synth? SS OM.  Good signal, SIO 444 or so at first, then faded a bit.
2214 Off?
2224 EE OM now "... from the United States Of America", then some music/jingle. SIO 333
2225 Three Stooges bit? Then off
