6925 USB - Rave On Radio
« on: August 15, 2012, 0156 UTC »
Station came on at 0135z with a bluegrass song, then promptly faded until 0155z when the signal improved
enough to hear David Bowie's "Life on Mars", back into bluegrass at 0156z.

Rave On Radio ID at 0200z

"til the generator runs out of gas" - must've ran out - off after the ID.

Thanks ROR.

0138 "Rollin' In My Sweet Baby's Arms" followed poss by a Stones track?
0142 Dylan - "Where Are You Tonight"? poss followed by a Black Sabbath track?
0153 Bowie - "Life On Mars"
0156 Banjo & fiddle bluegrass piece
0200 Rave On Radio ID followed by no audio - off?

Good at peaks, but fades down to noise.  Kind of choppy out there tonight it seems.
Thanks Rave On!

Recorder catch:

6925 USB SIO 222-322

Weak to fair signal with fading - had a nice clear Rave On Radio ID at the end of the show.

01:35z-02:00z Rave On Radio

Audio (complete show): http://archive.org/download/ShortwavePirateRadioCont/RaveOnRadio6925Usb0135z-0200z08-15-12.mp3
