0130 Just tuned in to a Voice of Captain Ron ID
0133 This is an ungrounded show, as Captain Ron is operating tonight without his usual leg ground rods.  Is accepting donations, and will
also appreciate donations of pants while you're at it.
0139 "...coming from somewhere in the middle of nowhere..."  Description of the microphonium.
0149 ID, addy, "Until next time, 73, and stay free.Captain Ron out."
0150 SSTV (Scottie 2)

Nice S9 signal here!
Thanks for the show!

The Voice of Captain Ron is doing fairly well here in NH this evening, even though the noise level is very high from a thunderstorm that just passed through an hour ago.  The Captain is a steady S7 with static peaks at s9.

0135z ID, captainronswr@yahoo.com
0148z Off, thanks for the show Captain

"From somewhere in the middle of nowhere" at 0139z. Good S7 signal here in the Boston burbs.

SIO 333 into southern Wisconsin.  Definitely heard a Captain Ron ID, an e-mail address in phonetics, and mentions of the middle of nowhere and a solar-powered microphone. Nice!  Hard rock and rather spacey music, and was the SSTV image his or RML's?  Either way, thanks for the show.

Did not hear Captain Ron, due to household items, but based on SSTV here, a pretty darn good signal in North GA.

Recorder catch:

6925 USB SIO 323-433 *0121z-0151z* 08-18-12

Pretty good signal despite the noisy conditions last night - similar details as others.
