I just ran across what I believe is this same one on 7998.90 KHz, dashes of roughly two seconds with about five seconds in between dashes. Quite strong here this evening with some fading. Checked the KFS SE SDR and it is there as well but not as strong as it is here.

I see some similar postings across the past couple of years but none that seem to match quite up to what I have this evening so this may well have been previously reported  if someone would like to advise.

That beacon is back again about s4 on peaks..what is interesting I caught what maybe have been an ID sent four times after the beacon disappeared..now get
this,  UFO was sent 4 times in CW mode and then the beacon came back on the air with its long dashes..time was around 2250 utc.
If memory serves accurately was there a beacon that sent UFO as its ID many years ago?
