Fair Signal, Start as Sci Fi, "please state your name followed by callsign"  then music no id yet at 2331, music repeats line this time again by male singer.  2333 now a female singer.  Sounds like home made music.  2334 off, maybe test transmission.  Thanks for the broadcast :D
