I had this here on the SDR recording, seemed to be close to 6954 USB. Heard from 0127-0152? UTC.

0143 EAS tones and biohazard/quarantine message, then sirens. Seems to be the same station as this logging: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,80436.0.html
0148 Faded down to just above the noise floor, lost the signal few minutes later?

Thanks for the broadcast, any chance of an ID and eQSL?  :)
