Heard on the University of Twente WebSDR. Not sure about the language, but if someone could translate I would appreciate that greatly.

Hi,

It's Dutch. I don't speak the language, so I'm often not sure which of the mentioned station names is the own ID and which are other stations he send thanks to. I think it's Zender Toulouse thanking Zender Polidor and Radio Nordzee for reception reports.
